Working with YFood, we discovered ways to improve our supply chain and reduce our carbon footprint, as well as connected with the companies that could turn our ambitions into reality. We connected with vertical farming startup, Harvest, and within a year we created our very own basil farm in London. This initiative means we can serve pizza with only the freshest, best quality basil whilst saving 250,000 food miles annually and creating jobs in London. Thank-you YFood!
We create technology for hospitality; we started by building a Quick Service Restaurant and then boundary pushing technology to test and prove our vision. When we started working with YFood, we were at the beginning of our client-facing journey. Working with them, we managed to secure investment from Elior Group, who led our £3.28M Series A round and became a strategic partner. YFood also supported us to secure some of our first leading hospitality partners as well as virtual brands such as LKN. Without them we wouldn’t have grown to where we are today.
