Pizza Pilgrims

Pizza Pilgrims are the purveyors of happiness by serving true Neapolitan pizza. Founded in 2012 and now with 19 sites across the UK and growing. Pizza Pilgrims also launched an industry-leading academy in 2019 that has graduated 86 management roles to date.

Pizza Pilgrims are looking to meet Food Tech and Food and Drink startups that can add value to their supply chain and ultimately their Pizza, allowing them to create a more sustainable offering, drive efficiency or enhance their customer experience. However, most of all, they are keen to meet like-minded people and businesses that they can work with who will support the development of their brand, pizza and team.

Mitchells & Butler

Since two Midlands families came together to form Mitchells & Butlers in 1898, they’ve grown to become the leading restaurant and pub company in the UK. Mitchells & Butlers have always been pioneers in the pub industry and grew gradually until they were running 7,000 pubs in the 1980s. Now, they serve around 135 million meals a year, as well as some 435 million drinks. Every year, they spend over £1billion across eleven key categories including food, drink, technology and corporate facilities, and driving an innovation agenda is one of the three key strategic priorities. Innovation takes place at all levels of the business from a single product and process development to organisation-wide digital strategy.

As such, Mitchells & Butlers are interested in meeting tech startups with an application in hospitality that either offer opportunities to unlock value by facilitating agile integration with their digital, growth and new channels strategy, or which provide innovative solutions at the product or process level across the hospitality supply chain.

Arla

Arla is one of the largest dairy cooperatives in the world. They recognise that our planet is facing a climate challenge and that farming and dairy carries a responsibility, but also a great opportunity to contribute positively and help solve that challenge. Arla wants to be part of the solution and is looking for collaboration partners that can help them on this journey. They believe that protecting the environment is essential to producing products that support a nutritious, sustainable diet, and are taking action towards this goal. Arla is taking action for a better future.

As Arla want to be part of the solution, they are looking for collaboration partners that can help them on this journey. On-farm, they believe they have a great responsibility when it comes to reducing carbon footprint and are always looking for new ways of doing that. In addition, solutions that support their regenerative farming agenda, supporting increased soil health and biodiversity are welcomed.
Being able to provide nutritious products for a sustainable diet is an important task, and this is where sugar reduction solutions and affordable proteins come into play for Arla. Solutions supporting a healthy microbiome are also of interest. In addition to products, they are also looking for sustainable and scalable coating solutions for fibre based packaging.
