PIZZA PILGRIMS

Pizza Pilgrims are the purveyors of happiness by serving true Neapolitan pizza. Founded in 2012 and now with 19 sites across the UK and growing. Pizza Pilgrims also launched an industry leading academy in 2019 that has graduated 86 management roles to date.

Pizza Pilgrims are looking to meet Food Tech and Food and Drink startups that can add value to their supply chain and ultimately their Pizza, allow them to create a more sustainable offering, drive efficiency or enhance their customer experience. However, most of all, they are keen to meet like minded people and businesses that they can work with who will support the development of their brand, pizza and team.

ROSA'S THAI

Rosa’s Thai create a relaxed dining experience that is as close as you can get to Thailand (without actually going). They do this through their hero ingredients, uncompromising Thai flavours, and by making every dish from scratch. They blend modern Bangkok with London’s Brick Lane's charm. Founded by husband-wife team Alex and Saiphin Moore, they’ve grown from a market stall to a nationwide group of 30+ locations.

Rosa’s Thai are particularly interested in sustainability and ways in which businesses can help the hospitality industry become more sustainable. They are also keen to hear about novel Food Tech ingredients like plant-based food, and new methods to grow and supply ingredients from within the UK. Any software innovation to help restaurants become more efficient is also appreciated.

Rosa’s Thai is also open to learning from and sharing their own experiences on running restaurants, scaling a business and product development in a commercial setting.
